My amps came in 5000IU. Can I break that up? What is the normal dosage I should be taking? Is 5000IU every 3 days too much?

From reading different posts 500-1000iu every 3 days is best.

Get an insuline syringe and cut it to a smaller dose.
Maybe add a CC or 2 of Bac water so you can measure it more accurate.

I agree 100 percent with this statement. Freakmonster, to answer your question, on timing, it depends what you are taking. If it test prop than I would suggest after 3-4 days, but if you were running deca until the end I would wait a couple weeks. Also remember to use an anti e such as l-dex or nolva (receptor antagonist) to minimize any chance of gyno especially if used at the end of your cycle. Take 500iu eod for 3 weeks. Good luck.

Yes, 500ius for 2-3 weeks is optimal in my opinion.

I would start a week before your cycle is over, or when it ends. Then run it at 500ius ed for 3 weeks, then start your PCT.
