No HCG doesn't contains LH and FSH.You're probabily meaning HMG(human menopausal gonadotrphin....can't spell sorry!):it contains LH and FSH.Bu HCG just simulate lh and not fsh.

That's what I'm saying Widi, from everything I've read and researched I've never heard of HCG giving you gyno until I got to this board. The only time it's been suggested was if you use HCG for longer than 1-2 weeks after a cycle, and you deserve it if you do use it longer than that.

you are absolutely right the way i've read to understand yes some use mid cycle..and it does improve overall gains, and the last 2 weeks prior to beginning clomid therapy to speed recovery.
sounds like a solid plan to me.

The HCG, is a hormone that simulates the effect of the LH, it doesn't really contain LH neither FSH, alone the HMG contains them...
