HCG, Arimidex, Nolva during cycle?

I plan to start a 10 wk cycle with 500mg Test Enanthate and 400mg EQ.
I plan to take 250 IU HCG twice a week throughout cycle to prevent testes shrinkage, and contiue it 1 week after cycle end.

Should I take Arimidex or Nolva in addition throughout cycle?

It seems that Arimidex would be better since it actually cuts back on the estrogen level instead of just blocking receptors. However this will be my first cycle so I know nothing from experience.

If this is your first cycle just keep it very simple.... if I were you I would only run test at 300mg a week...and nothing else..save the eq for a later cycle... I would not use the Arimidex or the novladex unless you start to have "nipple issues".. sore itchy nips etc.. then I would use the novla at 20mg a day and the Arimidex at .25mg to .5mg a day until symptoms subside..

On the 300mg a week.... trust me..you will grow...that is over 3 times the amount of testosterone that your body produces naturally.. see how your body reacts to the testosterone for a first cycle... trust me....less is best...

HCG after your cycle...just wait about 15 days from your last shot...
