HCG and ejaculation?

triplesixmaf

New member
when taking hcg does it increase your ejaculation volume a lot or is it just a rumor? im asking cause when i take cycles my nuts stay a good size its just my ejaculate volume that gets affected

Whenever I've taken HCG, I"ve noticed an increase in ejaculatory volume. The action of hcg is virtually identical to that of pituitary LH, although hcg appears to have a small degree of FSH activity as well.
FSH is responsible for stimulating spermatagenesis via the setolli cells in the testicles, along with prostatic fluid, various proteins and adequate fluids, ejaculate volume should increase.
A further improvement of spermatogenesis could be achieved by adding recombinant FSH(Puregon(R)) or HMG(Human Menopausal Gonadotropins).I believe hmg to deliver a more potent fsh, possibly due to the fact that it is derived from post-menopausal women instead of pregnant women.(like a strong aged wine):p

Male hypogonadotropic hypogonadism: factors influencing response to human chorionic gonadotropin and human menopausal gonadotropin, including prior exogenous androgens.

Ley SB, Leonard JM.

Although testosterone (T) therapy is sufficient for maturation and maintenance of secondary sex characteristics in hypogonadal men, gonadotropins are required for stimulation of spermatogenesis. Thirteen men with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism received treatment with hCG, followed in 12 by the addition of human menopausal gonadotropin (hMG). All initially had undetectable serum LH and FSH and low T levels and were azoospermic with small testes. During therapy, all achieved normal male levels of T. Twelve of 13 had marked and continuous increase in testicular volume. Three men had sperm in the ejaculate with hCG treatment alone. All but 1 patient developed sperm in their seminal fluid during combined hCG and hMG therapy. Two men achieved three pregnancies, and 2 more had semen that produced hamster oocyte penetration assays in the fertile range during the protocol period. Four of 5 who achieved sperm densities greater than 1 million/ml while receiving combined therapy maintained or increased sperm production while receiving continued hCG therapy after hMG was withdrawn. We examined the response to gonadotropin therapy of men who had received previous T therapy and those who had not. There were no differences in rapidity or degree of response, as assessed by rise in serum T, increase in testis volume, or maximal sperm density achieved. Multiple pituitary deficits and cryptorchidism were negative prognostic factors. In summary, the prognosis for successful stimulation of spermatogenesis in men with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism treated with hCG/hMG is good and not adversely affected by prior androgen treatment. Despite undetectable serum FSH levels, hCG treatment was sufficient to both initiate and maintain spermatogenesis in some patients.

Many users have found that clomid can produce larger loads despite the two studies i have read showing no increase in seminal volume or spermatogenesis with clomid or tamoxifen citrate. Many porn stars swear by the clomid(Peter North loads).
A good stack for larger ejaculate's includes: clomid,lecithin,L-arginine,Avena Sativa, maca and plenty of H2O :sperm: :sperm:

Lepidium meyenii (Maca) improved semen parameters in adult men.

AIM: The present study was designed to determine the effect of a 4-month oral treatment with tablets of Lepidium meyenii (Maca) on seminal analysis in nine adult normal men aged 24-44 years old. METHODS: Nine men received tablets of Maca (1500 or 3000 mg/day) for 4 months. Seminal analysis was performed according to guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO). Serum luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin (PRL), testosterone (T) and estradiol (E2) were measured before and after treatment. RESULTS: Treatment with Maca resulted in increased seminal volume, sperm count per ejaculum, motile sperm count, and sperm motility. Serum hormone levels were not modified with Maca treatment. Increase of sperm count was not related to dose of Maca. CONCLUSION: Maca improved sperm production and sperm motility by mechanisms not related to LH, FSH, PRL, T and E2.
Lepidium meyenii (Maca) improved semen parameters in adult men.

It absolutely increases volume... greatly. It got nicknamed "Peter North in a syringe" by one bodybuilding writer. (Peter was a porn star known for his raging money shots.)

It has for me, I started taking Zinc, Magnesium & Calcium mid-way through my cycle to eleviate the back pump I kept getting & it has produced some additioned benefits :D

Peter IS a porn star known for his raging money shots.

HCG...

I've been told that HCG is actually from a pregnant womens urine?!?!...as well that you have a chance of obtaining the genetics of the person that it came from..? Can someone settle this for me please...thanks

I have used hcg quite a few times and don't recall ever noticing an increase in ejaculatory volume (then again I have a tendency to leave my deposits inside women :p )

LOL... Sounds a lot like me!!! I can't remember the last time my load hasn't gone into my gf's mouth... hahahaha

That is correct. It is a water-soluble polypeptide hormone produced by the human placenta composed of an alpha and a beta sub-unit. The alpha sub-unit is essentially identical to the alpha sub-units of the human pituitary gonadotropins LH and FSH as well as to the alpha sub-unit of human thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH). The beta sub-units of these hormones differ in amino acid sequence.
Where as HMG or menotropins is a purified preparation of gonadotropins extracted from the urine of post-menopausal women. It is indicated for the stimulation of spermatogenesis in men who have primary or secondary hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
I've never heard of obtaining the genetics or traits/characteristics/femininity of the person that it came from, as it is essentially identical to LH, which stimulates androgen in the Leydig cells in the testicles. However you might feel feminine while on(similar to clomid) since there is a marked increase in estrogen as well as test, mostly due to the high aromatization in the testicles. This can be combated with an aromatase inhibitor(arimidex, letrozole, aromasin).
It was once questioned as to whether one could contract aids from HCG if the donor was HIV positive.Apperently this was not possible in any way according to the various manufacturers.:worried: The donors have to go through a screening process.(Big deel as hiv has a window period of 3-5 mos) but also with the lyophilized poly-peptide hormones, they're very agressive with their purification process.

LOL the funny hting is that i was thinking the same hting also. I dont care about the size of the load becasue the only one that gets it is my gfs mouth. She loves for me to tell her when so she can turn around. She likes to tickle me i think thats why.. whatever's clever

Human sourcing is one way to obtain hCG, but the most common method nowadays is to transform E.coli DH5alpha with a plasmid containing the gene for hCG, placing a constitutive promoter in front of the gene. This means that the bacteria are ALWAYS producing the hCG from the gene (constitutive promoter = always on), and it's thus produced in very high amounts. By taking this fermentation product and purifying the hCG via large-scale HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography), they can obtain extremely pure product with no risk of human disease transmission, in very large amounts, at much less cost than collection of pregnant women's urine.

This sort of thing can also be done in human cell culture, but it's much easier to transform bacteria than it is to transfect human cell lines (in general).

At any rate, the purification is extremely rigorous, and any intact virus particles (if they were present in the first place) would be removed in the first selective precipitation steps, and wouldn't have a chance of co-eluting with the intact peptide in HPLC.

Hope this sort of clears things up,
-M

Clears things up?? That was a dam biochemistry thesis!
That was great state of the art description on how HCG could be produced. Thank's for the tutorial/info Bro!
Looking forward to reading more of your imformative posts.
Karma to you Dr.M :garza:

Peter came from Canada. Thanks to America he could take advantage of his genetics.

Re: Re: Re: HCG...

AIDS from HCG? the rigorous methods you describe may not apply to foriegn generics or US "compounding pharms". thanks for giving me something else to worry about. :(

With all of this HCG talk, can anybody tell me a good dosage for post cycle? after a 10weeker of Sust and Winny? i.e. = when to start it, how long b4 clomid and how many iu's ?

I highly advize taking a ZMA supplement regardless of on cycle or not. It promotes sleep, recovery, and natural testosterone. If you take that and wish to supplement with Zinc as well, be sure not to go over 50mg per day or you risk developing a deficiency.
