MOD, I'm with you on the who gives a shit part. I don't think it will effect much unless they specifically mention EF.
That is why I'd recommend to George to put a disclaimer on his site saying this whole thing is for entertainment purposes only. Sure, a disclaimer isn't worth much but at least it tells all the morons that "look, this is for entertainment purposes only".
