My training regimine is mixed up every 6 - 8 weeks. I alternate between afternoon and evening routines as well. I personally think your training routines should be your number 2 concern and your diet should be your number 1 concern.

I always eat 6 - 8 meals a day and If I'm gaining It's 400 grms of protien a day. If I'm dieting it's 200 to 250 grms of protien a day.

It looks as if we have alot of the same views on training and nutrition! I change my training every 8 weeks! I just started my new nutrition regimen this week and i feel all out of whack! It's crazy how eating whatever you want for two weeks can throw your body so out of whack!

I actually recommended a bowflex system for a guy in my office... He is 55, never worked out and is about the size of an ant! LOL!!!

I've done four cycles my entire life JustinM. Nothing heavy, just dbol and some abombs. I use gear if I hit a plateau that I can't find a way around on my own. And yes that's me in my avatar.
