From my new digital camera. I'll post the fucking pictures for you guys too if you can show me how. Not that they are that exciting, you guys are just obsessed with "proof". Please help!
It says the file is to big when I try to email or resize.

When u record in the digi camera, it saves as big 5megapixel whatever format. Before you email, upload - you need to resize them and compress them! Use photoshop, gimp, windows paint, or download some free 'image resizer' utility. Windows Vista I think has some built-in tools.

windows paint will not resize a photo, only crop it.

This is my favorite online photo editing site:
Pixenate - Edit photos online, fast and easily - No plugins required.
you choose your image
choose the resize tool (second row of tools)
save to your harddrive.
then you can open tinypic and upload it to give it a url. Once you have that, post the url here, or email it to friends (so you don't have to email the whole picture).

Wouldj't that require him to upload a 5 meg pic first in order to resize it. Negating the advantages of creating a smaller version?

I also think Micorsoft Outlook automatically resizes images when attaching to emails. Maybe gmail also does it?

it would require him to upload the pic to pixenate, yes. that doesn't negate anything, and prevents him from having to attach it to an email.
outlook may resize pics- i don't know, but many recipients still can't download large files.
