i'm getting back from messing up my shoulder, and am starting have some good training sessions the past couple weeks
front squats 275x8
sdl 315x8
use the stack on leg ext and curl
falt bench 115 db x 5
incline bech 105 db x 5
and last night did deads from the knees and pulled 495
the problem is i feel like a little piece of crap, i look like i have the body of a 12yo girl, and its frustrating the piss out of me
