Having problems with computer, need help

I can't access my elite email from my computer. When I type my user name it goes to load the encryption engine and is just stuck on that screen. I erased all temp files and everything else hush.com suggested but still nothing. I know its my computer cause I can access my email on other computers. Can someone please help me.

That's about the only thing I havn't checked because I don't know how.

check out java.sun.com and reinstall java. I had the same issue a few weeks back.

I did that, and still nothing. But I don't think I had java before, when it worked, anyway.
