having problems, anyone know why..?

I'm doing Clen right now. I eat complex carbs(50g) and protein from Casein about 40g before my workout. This last week I have been having terrible headache at the gym. I can do about 3 set then my head feels like it's going to explode. This week I lowered my intensity, but it didn't help. This only happends at the gym, when working out. Í drink lots of water before working out and at the gym, between every set. Anyone know why this happends?
Almost the same "headache feeling" as when you have been drinking to much whiskey and wakes up in the morning.
 
how much clen are you taking? I find that if I get over 120mcg a day then i also get the exeretion type headache. To alleviate the problem I just drop my clen back down to 100 to 120mcg. Also try taking a couple aspirin before your workout. not trying to be a smart ass, but the aspirin will help thin the blood and relax the blood vessels in your head.

sounds like BP and/or dehydration

btw- arent you stacking yohimbine with it.. these two combined can really dehydrate you as well as raise BP (this last one varies as for many yohimbine actually lowers BP)
 
No, I'm not. I will try it first with ECA(the yohimbibe HCL tabs I have..) then 14 days Clen/yohimbine. I'm taking 100mcg per day
 
You are most likely taking your clen before your workout. Don't do that. I had the same problem, the truth is Clen should never be used before a workout...split it up and take it 3 hours before.
