I'm doing Clen right now. I eat complex carbs(50g) and protein from Casein about 40g before my workout. This last week I have been having terrible headache at the gym. I can do about 3 set then my head feels like it's going to explode. This week I lowered my intensity, but it didn't help. This only happends at the gym, when working out. Í drink lots of water before working out and at the gym, between every set. Anyone know why this happends?
Almost the same "headache feeling" as when you have been drinking to much whiskey and wakes up in the morning.
