what's better when you are bulking ? Some people say 40/40/20 and others say 1.5-2 gm protein per pound but when your are skinny person trying to bulk what's better, thanks.
 
Both. If you, for example, had 1-1.5g of protein per lb bodyweight and weighed 200lbs now you'd consume 200-300g of protein. If you followed the 40-40-20 idea then your carbs would also be 200-300 because the ratios would be the same - see?
 
If you are doing hardcore bulking, then you should be using the same amount of protein and carbs, just as you have shown it yourself in the macro's ratio. Personally, I would do more protein, less carbs, and even less fat, since I like more clean bulking.
 
Either will work as long as you are eating in a caloric surplus. In any event I would make sure that your protein intake is going to be at least 1g per lb body weight. If that is the case then you will be fine.
