having a hard time hitting certain area.....

need some info on how to build up my upper middle chest area. you know, if you were to make a fist and put your fist dead center of your upper chest area. it seems to be a problem area for me. i cannot seem to add any thickness to this area. any excercises that will bring it up to par. i have put on a little thickness, but i'm having a hard time with getting the deep, seperated, thick look, that i've been trying to get. i heard incline bench press to the neck will work. if it does, what grip would be best for hitting the area specified.......... thanks

hey bro, i had the same problem. i switched up my routine about 4 weeks ago, and have seen great results. this is what i do, all with heavy weights

incline dumbell- 3 sets 6-8 reps
flat dumbell- 3 sets 6-8 reps
dumbell flies- 3 sets 6-8 reps
weigted dips- 3 sets to falure (try to do between 6-12 reps)

try that out for a while and see how it works
