need some info on how to build up my upper middle chest area. you know, if you were to make a fist and put your fist dead center of your upper chest area. it seems to be a problem area for me. i cannot seem to add any thickness to this area. any excercises that will bring it up to par. i have put on a little thickness, but i'm having a hard time with getting the deep, seperated, thick look, that i've been trying to get. i heard incline bench press to the neck will work. if it does, what grip would be best for hitting the area specified.......... thanks
