Has anyone seen blue and white capsules of winstrol? My supplier says they are 10mgs each. I started my cycle today and will be doing 50 mg a day, 30 in the morning and 20 in the afternoon for 8 weeks. I will keep you updated on my performance and I am also using 1000mg of milk thistle and glucosamine.

i have seen tiny blue pills. like the size of dbol, a little bigger.

i wouldn't just do glucosamine, go for glutamine also with lots of zinc, you WILL notice a difference.

What r u expecting the the glucosamine to do? Do u have aching joints? Just wondering never heard of anyone taking it with a cycle for bodybuilding purposes. Ive been taking a flex-a-min supplement for 2 years now(glucosamine, msm, chondrite) because of my wrists. I box so they tend to be sore

I think he is anticipating the sometimes negative effect of winny...aching joints.

ahh i see ive done QV winnie before ( worst winstrol ever btw) and didnt get achy joints, but like i said i always have taken a flex-a-min supplement
