just Sunday, I was pulling into my driveway and blam, had to hang my head out, I got good distance, creatine applesauce with a dash of ECA is what is was.
I can't count the times I have puked on leg day. Usually in the parking lot, on the road or when I get home. Occassionally at the gym, but i know it's coming and eaither carry a waste basket or head to the locker room.
Usually have to take a 15-20min nap at the gym b4 I can leave-and like I said I consider my leg training at half-ass now that I'm 30.
I love to train legs unlike most of the world.
Even passed out on backday once, finished a set of bent overs, got a drink from the fountain, pow, I was out.
