i just recently came to the conclusion that legs are necessary to look good.. after four years of lifting.. i know its sad. yesterday was my leg day, and after four sets of squats and 3 1/2 sets of hack squats, i almost threw up and passed out.. i kept goin on w/ the workout even tho.. No pain no gain i guess, rite?
so true. sure you can vomit on any workout, if you eat too much and too close to your workout. as for me.. wel i've been really close 3 or 4 times, but managed to keep it all in..
Never puked, but get real light-headed and passed out once just for a second or two. Also I find walking DOWN stairs harder than walking UP stairs after a leg day, but I guess that's just me!
I voted yes as I have in the past when I was younger. I work them just as hard now but havn't spewed for years, so I suppose you get a tolerance to it.
What I wanna know is how many of you have shit them selves or had diarrhea during squats - that really would be nasty.
