Yes last semester in college there were a few weeks I didnt work out at all and after returning to the gym I felt like I had lost strength and this discouraged me. Sometimes these instances make me feel like I am never going to get any bigger. I guess we have all experienced something like that.
I was tired when I went to the gym to day so I had a bad work out.would it have bin batter if I hade just not gon.is a bad work out batter then non or is it batter to just skip it.I hat to skip a day but is it ok to do this.
I had one of those workouts just the other day with my bi's. It felt like the gas tank was just empty. Guess its just natures way of kicking us in the ass sometimes to believe in the importance of enough rest.
Skipping the workout would have been better IMO. You won't lose any muscle from just resting another day and going at it hard tommorow. My philosophy..... If you think your gonna flake out in the gym and not go 100% intensity it's better to stay at home and give your muscles more rest.

I hear ya, but I still think its a sign of overtraining... You won't have a messed up workout because you just lost some strength/muscle in one day... It's a classic symptom of overtraining and sometimes nutrition.
All I can say is try to rest more in between workouts, keep yourself more hydrated with water, and have a set pre-during-and post workout meal plan to keep energy up.
