Of course, everyone "stole" music over the internet back when it was sharing and there were no price tags on it. But more accurately, speaking of a physical store with merchandise, or someone's personal property, have you ever made a conscous effort to steal something? I'm trying to think if I ever have... ... oh, I remember "borrowing" this other kid's toy car in grade school and later smashing it, but I got my ass beat for it. (by my dad not the kid)

There were a couple times I specifically remember (each in a music store) where I had the cd in my pants but just thought what the fuck am I doing? and put it back. I just never really saw the point in it. It's not like I'd have to declare bankruptcy if I paid for whatever it was. Maybe some people would have to. Even after downloading enough music I started feeling cheap without payin something, unless the site is specifically sharing it. I'll even somehow avoid watching movies more than once that I've dl'd from torrents. Maybe it's my conscience, but moreso I hate being a hypocrite, cuz I'd know I'd want to at least break the fingers of someone who stole anything from me.

This is one thing that some might say "big deal" at but it was just something I realized.
If this thread gives anybody a guilt trip then... wtf . Face your demons.

man, that brings backl memories. 6th grade, we terrorized the hoods of Ohio. I got so fucking good at popping off hoodies - BMW, Vette, Mercedes (these were difficult cause of the metal ball thing it was attached to). Loved it

I know it was him cause noone else was around. I called the police on him and had him investigated and told everyone that I was gonna fuck him up. He stayed away from me for about 6 months and then invited me over to his families house for dinner after eveything cooled off. That dinner made up for it

We cruised around, the hangout was McDonald's and drank Liewenbrow beer and listened to Stix, Journey, Reo Speedwagon. Throw in some Led zeppelin, lynyrd skynyrd, ted nugent. The girls liked the sissy music though. I clearly remember that song, "Too much time on my hands". They must have played it several times every weekend.
