Have you EVER lost FAT while BULKING ?

I am gonna start a 18 weeks cycle soon and the first 6 weeks will be pure BULK , with D-bol , SUST , EQ and HGH . I will be eating VERY CLEAN cals all the time , but I was curious if my bodyfat could drop a lil bit in this phase of my cycle .

So , tell me your ever bulked and ended with less bodyfat than you started .

If one is probably going from a high calorie "not so clean" diet to a clean one then yeah they'd probably end with less bodyfat than they started
 
yeah I am going with sust , d-bol and eq . But I will also run HGH 4 iu ED .

I should be able to lose some fat because of the test and the HGH . Eq also helps with this .

you could also run T-3 . it works good w/HGH if you're trying to lose fat while you bulk. it also helps to stimulate protein synthesis
 
Nothing is going to help you "lose" fat other than exercise and not eating too much so as to GAIN more fat on your body. Supplements/aides are just that, supplements and aides to a sound approach. If you ate correctly and exercised (cardio too) to support some fat loss, then it's possible yes.

I never lost fat while bulking, however right now i'm gaining muscle and the bf% is staying the same. I'm eating about 450g pro, 200g carb, 75g fat while at 190@ 8%.

I know the protien seems excessive, but anabolics are in the picture. And a calorie is a not a calorie, excess calories are best to come from protein IMO.
 
I hear guys talk about this. Myu theory is that it depends where you start from. If you have a not-so-great diet and then go on a more nutrionally sound diet, even with some extra calories, you may lose some bf while gaining muscle, while weights and cardio in the equasion as well. If you start out with a good diet and exercise program to begin with, then I'd say no unless you're using steroids or other drugs, then switching the answer to a maybe.
