We all have those "moments of clarity" where we realize that there is something we'd like to correct in our lives. For example, "alright I have to start working harder in school" or "I have to be kinder to people", etc. Question is, have any of you ever actually said to yourselves "I want to be quit being so judgmental of people" (for example) and woken up the next day a changed person, who is in fact less judgmental of people?
