... have you ever experienced something so beyond your level of understanding...

Have you ever experienced something so beyond your level of understanding... so far out of the reach of what can be explained away with facts, or reason, or logic... something so profound that the only word that makes any sense is 'miracle'?
.

Yes. I don't know if I would call it a miracle. Miracle isn't the right word to describe this situation. There has been just as much pain as there has been feelings of care & love. I never experienced anything like it and it is definitely WAY beyond my level of understanding. Fact, Reason, Logic ... everytime I tried to find &/or use either one, something more powerful would negate anything I could come up with.

i'm not sure why, but this thread is making me want to vomit just a little.

moments, instances in life affect the next.. ..

Yes i have.. i am a different person because of it

Are you referring to "god" and "miracles"? Or are you referring to people describing their experiences as "amazing"?

Most of the posts have been about experiencing unexplainable pain, life saving events as well as happiness. How do you know they are artificially sweet without walking in those person's shoes? You posted that you experienced something like it twice.

I definitely know, what I'm talking about (and I'm the only one that knows) was far from amazing and not a miracle at all. Just unexplainable.

well the question was (shortened):
Have you ever experienced something so profound that the only word that makes any sense is 'miracle'?
and i think a few people posted about love, or some facsimile of it.
which to me, is so sappy it makes me want to vomit a little.
just my POV, nobody elses.

Yes and no.
Some time after the event the realization came about that it wasn't all that after all.

Ah well.

You know what goes goes up must eventually come down.

My mother on the other had been in a few situtations as a child that she should have met death and yet did not - years and years after first hearing the stories they still amaze me.
