Thailand is awesome. Best culture on Earth. Stay at a Muay Thai camp for some training as well. Just avoid English and Americans and you'll be fine.

Yes, my mothers side of the family has a black angus farm and they throw a huge party every 4th of July. I'm going to take my kid this year.

There's a lot of things they have there he can't do in San Diego. I remember being like 10 or 12 and having about 10 of us kids drive a huge tractor into Oklahoma City, leave it running on the side of the road while we bought candy and then driving it back to the farm.

You can also shoot machine guns all over the farm, and all the kids have a pneumatic powered potato gun that fires about a mile. I think he'll enjoy a week there.
