I know it is in many of the foods I used to buy & they always tasted good. However I have never had it alone, the way you can buy splenda or equal. I think it is usually combined with other artificial sweetners. I don't think I;ve ever even seen it in the store. Do you like it?

It taste pretty good.

Never had it in any foods.. Only in a drink.. Called "FUZE"

I would like to get it and try in some foods.

I don't think you'll ever find it in a a store

Actually it tastes pretty bad (bitter) by itself

But combined with aspartame (usually in diet soda) it works wonder

When I've read the ingredients
it doesn't say anything about Aspartame.
I hate that stuff..

Is there anyway to tell if they hide Aspartame (under another name)?

Sometimes you see "NutraSweet" or "Equal" which are brand names for Aspartame

But don't believe all the BS about aspartame that you usually see on the web : Aspartame is safe and NO serious studies ever proved aspartame to be harmful (unless you already suffer from PKU = phenylketonuria = One out of 20,000 people)

I do realize that Aspartame is " Nutra Sweet" or "Equal".
Everytime I have that stuff it gives me head aches.

It is well written but could not be considered as "serious and reliable scientific" studies

BTW if aspartame gives you headaches you can use either sodium cyclamate or Splenda

Cyclamates were banned in the US years ago, based off of the ridiculous Kefauver Act requirements. You may be thinking of sodium saccharin.
