I have got to spend more time stretching. It is getting hard to even shve my head and face. and wipin' my ass........fugetaboutit!!!!
 
does that mean you're not wipin' yer arse anymore? :worried:
 
I also notice when I am on it is much more important to stretch. I seem to lose flexibility rather quickly if I do not stau on top of it.. Not wiping my ass is out of the question, that would be a very itchy situation

hmmm.

do a few warm up sets BEFORE training.

stretch AFTER training.

i thought just the right amount of stretching after training contributed to hypertrophy
 
I stretch 2-3 times a day. Seems to improve my recovery and has fixed problems I had with my lower back.
 
Stretching not only reduces the liklihood of injury, it also helps to promote muscle gain. I stretch before and after every workout.

If I remember correctly, Tom Platz could do splits back in the day. That is amazing.
