Sorry to hear the shit you have to deal with but about the dog, you don't know what he's like when you're not around. I've lived near people whose dogs barked their asses off all day long once the owners hit the road. Some dogs just lose their shit when they're alone

Bellevue is in its own way overpriced bubble. Upside being that I save a couple hundred a month on gas.
