I love when close pal's point out something about myself that I may NOT be seeing at the time. Granted, it's tough to look deep inside yourself when it happens, but if you can get past your ego, it's a win- win situation for yourself in the end!

I don't get into serious arguments with friends anymore. It's just a waste of energy and too upsetting. If they do something I don't like, I'll just ignore them for awhile. I'm not gonna change them anyway.

I've got one friend that is such an asshole, hardly anyone likes him. I've had to have a few drinks just to tolerate him at times... But, he loves me and I'm his best friend so I tolerate his crap and wonder sometimes if I should.
