I don't take 6 g on a regular basis. I started out with 3 g, didn't notice anything, went to 5 g to see if it would work better, and then 6 g, and still didn't notice anything. How can I tell if the stuff is actually increasing my blood flow? Most people claim to have better erections as one way of knowing; I don't notice any harder erections or more frequent erections. I also do not notice any pumps when taking it. I have taken it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, I have taken it with food, and without food...it simply does not work for me. Or, at least in the way it's marketed to work, which is massive pumps. I don't get them at all.
