Has anyone here got cut without losing strength?

DECA/WINNY CYCLE DID IT FOR ME...!my first and only cycle consisted of 200mg of deca on weeks 1-10 and 100mg eod of winny @ 3 weeks on,3 off,3 on...fyi.diet was at 40-30-30(zone diet).
 
You got cut while consuming 30% fat? Wow! I was thinking of sustenon and T3.
 
I cut 30 pounds a few months ago and did not lose any strength whatsoever. My cutter was 400/test 200/deca 500/eq 100ED/winny 75ED/tren and I added oxandrolone to that in the middle of what was a 8 week cycle. I think the key was the winny and tren though. You can eat or not with tren and winny and your strength will increase as you dry out.

plifter, I thought you were into primo?
If you find out how to cut and stay strong let me know. I finished my deca/test/winny 450mg/200mg/50ed cycle a couple months ago. I've lost some weight and strenght since coming off, but being 20 pounds heavier and a lot stronger was a lot of fun. Being skinny with clomid zits and weak sucks!

Curious - why'd you initially choose winny over ox? (any reason other than money)...
 
You are going to lose some strength bro whilst you are cutting.This phase of your training isnt about lifting heavy weights sure you need to lift heavy but you should be using higher reps as apposed to the 6to 8s you used in the offseason.
I would rather look ripped and sacrifice a few pounds on the bench than look smooth and still bench 500.
 
Well, I wouldnt say I got cut, but I did drop 3%bf and gained 14lbs to boot on winny/fina/T3 and slightly reduced cals.
 
yeah, primo+winny did it for me....droped about 10 pounds(not like i was planning on it); added some weight to squats and bench at the same time.

besides the juice,i beleive it is important to consume much more "good" fat while cutting...this will help with maintaining or even improving your strength...check out the ZONE DIET.

ps:while on this diet,as soon as i added the winny...well...let's just say you will get cut and dry.but DIET is where its at bro.
