Well I was reading my husbands MuscleMag and came across an article About Misty Phelps. They talk about and show her doing leg press. The article says she is 5'10 - 170 lbs about 15%bf.
They say by the end of Mistys work out at Golds gym she did 1455lbs for one clean rep.
she had the machine full of 45's and Kristen Locker sitting on top the machine holding another 45
.
It also says that she has never competed but would like to pursue tri-fitness events and bodybuilding.
