Still have the original work order. Shirt was purchased on /06/16/04. Has been used only 2 times. Custom shirt by Inzer. Black stretchy denim. Complete open back with two long strips of velcro towards the bottom. Measurments given to Inzer when shirt was ordered: 40" chest, 46" shoulders, 12.75" arms.
