Cus it's "blood and guts" lol, whatever that means. This is the best training video ever. I have the special edition DVD. Have watched it so many times it skips. Dorian was amazing. How the FUCK do you win the O weeks after tearing your bicep!!?? Simply incredible.

The only thing he needs help with is his wardrobe.

dude he looks great for an old man that stopped taking steroids...he was taking a boat load, the same goes for all pros about 3g + a week...not to mention the GH and slin and some even IGF MGF and a few other peptites

A 405 bench press (with help) at 300 pounds (and 2grams of juice a week). Not bad at all.

Here's a 500 pound bench press by a 200 pound Reg Park. Natural.

And this is what Reg looked like.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=osJ5BmF247E&mode=related&search=

BTW: Reg remained in fantastic shape all through his life and at age 70 could pass for 40. But at age 79 he'd taken very ill and looks like he isn't going to make it. A true legend.

Didn't mean to derail the thread. Just though it was an interesting comparison.

Reg was the fuckin man. no wonder Arnold idolized him. the first truly herculean physique of the BBing era.
as for dorian. the thing that sticks out to me, is really his much different style when compared to just about every other modern BBer out there. Dorian used very slow to moderate paced reps with high emphasis on the negative portions of the reps. whereas a cutler, coleman, Branch, ect. use short, choppy reps with massive volume comparitively. makes you wonder if too much heavy beoynd failure eccentric training was one of the reasons for all Dorians soft tissue injuries and if he could have attained that physique using less risky training methods.

The song is by the band THROWDOWN. Killer straight edge band. Good tunes for pumpin iron....Haymaker is the best album IMO.

Just downloaded it to my ipod. That gym looks a hell of alot like Diamond Gym in Maplewood NJ...same wood paneling
