Hard Nips

Im on my 2nd week of 50mg/day dbol, 4 th week 400/deca and im starting to notice my nips are hard most of the time. No itching, soreness, or lumps. Should i start taking my nolva and/or clomid?

Not taking A-dex or L-dex. Im noticing some sensitivity also, but that seems fleeting. Its not always present, but tends to come and go.
