Hard lump just under injection site

Felt like a hard marble. I had read from bros in the past dirty gear can cause this and as a result, some have permanent marbles in their asses. Well luckily for me, it suddenly broke or whatever and is gone now. I've injected hundreds of times, never had anything like this happen. What would have caused it? I kept massaging the shit out of it in the hopes it would go away maybe that helped. I'm always super clean, use 2 needles, alcohol, the whole nine yards. I was thinking maybe I hit a hair on the way in? I'm just glad its gone now but I was scared I was going to have a life long marble ass.

I had the same thing happen to me this week.... been doing daily injects of HCG in comparison to twice-weekly while ON.... always very clean... my guess is that hitting the same area more frequently will result in the "marble effect"... as opposed to say dirty gear or any other reason.... rubbing the area, using wet heat....and it seems to do the trick.... rotating injection spots too... though I have to admit, I've only ever done glutes.... not ready to be more adventurous
