Thanks all great bday dinner was good. I had calamri it was ok but not as good as I remember which is kinda good cause now I wont crave it so muh. Then I had a ceaser salad, garlic breand and chicken parmisan. I didn't have room after dinner for dessert so I waited 2 hours and had some ice cream I am ready to burst. Back to the grind tomorrow.

It didn't take long for me to start getting the itch back to train hard. I've been trying a lot of new things though as of late and it's translating pretty well I think. I'm a lot leaner than I was for the contest in May.
