Thanks so much everyone!! And lol@67!! I feel about 100 today!

I went with some friends to eat yesterday and got hit hard with some food poisoning. Nothing like happy birthday, here's a toilet bowl to hug!! The good news is I took the day off and haven't moved! :)

Lol it's always the first 24 hours of a diet that are rough for me so I've got that out of the way!
