I just woke up and am very unclear on what I did last night. However, I need to get rid of this hangover now! (although im still drunk).
I fear what the next several hours will bring. please post suggestions. I've heard need2guard. but i dont have any. I've taken asprin, 2 multis, a rockstar recovery, 60oz water anti oxidant pill and a slice of pizza. Nothing seems to be helping.

Get out and go for a good run. Sweating it out's always worked for me. But also drink enough water/Gatorade/etc.

I don't get hangovers very often, but next time before you pass out take a teaspoon of salt with as much water as you can drink. Pop two advil the next morning if you ahve a little headache.

If I have a hangover nothing really works besides time.

gatorade and some caffeine is about as good as it gets but the rockstar recovery shouldve worked too

il combine everyones and say

smoke a bowl, force chug a bunch of water untill you feel like u have to diarhhea. take some multis. take a preworkout stim, and go do some cardio fast enough to sweat, and easy enough to not want to die
