Handstand Pushups Owned!!

Where your feet against a wall for balance ? Thats how I used to do them. I always seemed to feel it most in my triceps. 20 is excellent. Good job bro !!! K for you
 
awesome!! my tris have been severly lacking until recently- i honestly dont think i knew how to use them properly. my feet were against a wall, as i dont have solid hanstand balance anymore. it is so impressive to see poeple at the gym get into a handstand and just sit there without moving for a solid minute or two-all balance that is.
 
keep doing them. abs and ass stay tight. keep the feet together and pointed. arms straight and shoulder width apart. keep doing them.

I might be able to squeek out a couple but i weight a lot so im not sure how much fun they would be.
 
well, i weigh next to nothing, and i lost 10 pounds from not eating enormous the last few weeks(so was it just gut weight?) and im back to 140 again. makes pullups and dips easy too, or i could argue that i just am strong for my size :)
 
yeah for me, i couldn't even get into the handstand, then couldn't two more than 3 for the longest time...

then once you get tight, get the technique down, you can bang then out no probs.

i got to 20, then stopped doing them as well, found OHP to be better, more ROM, and less blood rushing to the head :P
