I wonder what all u need to have to be qualified. I swear there are at least 30 spots at my work and only 2, imo, deserve them. The rest do relentless manual labor and walk and run and frolic all day long. No way they are legit.

I could photoshop one no problem, it's just of they run a check on it you would get busted. People are lazy, they can't even walk across a parking lot, they must be right up front.

You forgot to mention people who can not park strait. Everytime I come out to my car someone is so close to me I have to get in through my passenger side.

i loothe to point this out, bit when i lived in chicago, the handicapped permits were held but an extraordinary number of minorities w/ any observable impairment< this comment could cost me my aclu card so 8and 2 made me say it
