There's a coach 10 minutes from me, I go visit every few weeks to fondle the goods.

Black and white near goes with everything which is far better than the pink bag I wanted.

It's almost like porn. A girlfriend of mine was trying to pick out a new purse and kept emailing pictures of her selections to my office. I'm surprised I wasn't licking my computer. lol

I've always wanted a outfit that had wild animal strips in it;
With matching shoes and purse. That would be perfect.

But I wouldn't be brave enough to wear it.
 
You can do animal print outfits that don't go overboard, look tacky or too porn star. I had the cutest leopard print and black outfit when animal prints became the thing about 4 yrs ago. Little black halter top, skirt was leopard print with sheer black over it that was an inch or two shorter than the patterned layer underneath, and I had some shoes that matched perfectly. It was one of my favorite party outfits. It was very subtle. I still wear it sometimes. For the porn star look, I had a zebra print miniskirt I used to wear with either a red or bright pink halter top.

i'm just not the type of person that I can go and spend lots of money on a purse...rather get fakes at the flea market...and buy some clothes. imo...however the black and white coach is fabulous!

LOL!!!!!!! I use a fannypack all the time. They are great for errands and running around at the beach. I just bought two more online ;)

I save the coach stuff for nice occasions.

I have a Coach outlet nearby, it's wonderful. I got a really cute summery purse there a few months ago for $75. Keychains they sell in the Coach stores for $30-40 are $14-21 at the outlet.

Yeah, the outlet stuff may be from last year's collection, but when it comes to Coach stuff I really don't care...I'm going to use it for years anyway, and they're classic enough that they don't go out of style.

Hehe, it's funny, the last purse I bought was at a flea market for $10 about 4 years ago and I'm still using it.....

The only thing better than a great handbag...is a great handbag in a variety of impractical colors! Who doesn't want a lipstick pink purse? Or thigh high red leather boots? lol I always want things I don't need (like the 7" stilletto heels my mom found at my apartment once that made her ask my sister if I was stripping). lol

I went and visited the handbag today and as much as I love it I dunno if I can justify the $495 price tag. :bawling:

One way some friends of mine handle the urge to splurge is to stick their credit cards in a block of ice in the freezer. That way you have to contemplate your potential purchase while waiting for the ice to melt.

I am REALLY picky about my purses - they have to hold everything, but I can't stand big purses. I actually make most of my scores at Target or KMart (eek...). I'm even pickier about the wallet I use.
 
What I don't understand about purses is how I can have a huge one or a tiny little "going out" one...and regarldess of the size, I can never ever find anything in them.
