Hamstrings are cramping my style

My hamstrings are causing my squats to suffer now that im also doing deadlifts. I try to split the workouts 4-5 days apart but its still not helping.. for people who deadlift and squat what way are you splitting them and do you have the same issue?

How are your hamstrings causing squats to suffer? Sore? too tired?

I usually do deads on mondays when im freshest and squats a couple days later.

what's your routine look like?

Also, are you stretching after workouts?
Drinking enough water (at least a gallon/day)?
What kind of supps you taking?
Eating enough?

I stretch every muscle group i work out after i do them. I even massage that muscle group sometimes during and always afterwards. I've started this week stretching my hamstrings every day and rolled them out today after cardio.

Yes I also believe after going over it that my ketosis and heavyweight is causing me to heal slower on my legs. And possibly they were too small to begin with. Appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Water? Gallon a day?
How about potassium, taurine and beta alanine?

Good that you are stretching and foam rolling them. That will help.

You said you go 4-5 days between training the same body parts? That should be enough time. What's the training volume like on your routine?

In an interview I read with jay cutler he said he does hamstrings before squats cuz it helps a lot with knee pain. Build the muscle up in your hams so all the tension is not on the quads. Your squat weight will be lower but avoiding knee pain is worth it

Potassium yes the other two no. I also drink a gallon of water a day.. which my lovely body likes to keep most of until late at night.
I started dead lifts recently I'm on my 5th workout on them now.. I went from 315x1 to 405x5 for deads in which I start to black out lol. I'm trying to push up my weight and doing as heavy as I can every time. That's what made me think my hamstrings are trying to keep up but aren't getting enough time. I'm thinking ill slow down on deads so I can push up my squats.

I do deads and squat on the same day. It all depends on how well your hamstrings are built. If your quads compensate for the lack of hamstrings or your hamstrings cramp up, I would suggest glute and ham, goodmornings with a hamstring focus, or straight leg deads. Once your muscles can function well together, like an equality in the lifting you should be fine.
