Hamster in the Hood

It's official I live in the Hood, surrounded by old people and meth labs. Anyone have any tips on getting my nasty shower in the condo i bought to look good, like the metal parts making it white again cleaning the tile on the shower walls etc?

Tilex works wonders on grout. It smells horrid, wear a mask as you spray it all over the shower.
