I'm a big fan of most of the Hammer machines, so I decided to give the pulldown a go for one of my back exercises in my DC training. My lats got one of the best workouts I've had in a long time...something about the mechanics of the machine makes your lats do most of the work. It takes a lot of the bicep assistance out of the equation. My lats are sore as hell today
