You didn't say what kind of fighting. But my experience tells me don't take anything. I wouldn't want to take anything that increased my aggressiveness, because if you know what you're doing you'd want to take emotion out of the fight. If you're overly excited or aggressive, a smart fighter will take advantage of that, cover up and let you punch yourself out. This also applies to grappling, when I competed I loved it when guys went crazy, I would just relax and wait for them to run out of gas, then they became helpless. Fights are won with skill and knowledge, not anger.
