hey bros i have exactly 1/2 of a bottle of yohimburn.
what would be the best way to work the yohimburn, i think i have 19pippetes left, i was thinking 1/4 pips a pec(1/, in the morning before cardio after shower, 5 days on/2 off, does this sound good
i am currently doing
sust wks 1-1250mgs sust
wks 2-3 750mgs sust
wks 4-10 500mgs sust, currently i am on for about 3.5 wks
6.5 more weeks, i currently am doing ldex 0.5mg ed, using eca stack in the morning on a empty stomach, i run/jog 5 times a wk for 30mins a session,i am consuming 2000-2300 cals a day, 250 grms protien... BTW: im currently 197 lbs at 6 ft, 13% bf i want to get to 10%, does this seem possible
btw: i was holding a little water, i figured out the things making me hold water, some days i was only doing ldex at 1m eod, i was eating to much tuna(5- tins a day), and i wasnt getting enough water..... currently i have cut tuna at 2 tins a day, now i eat more steak, ect..... i doubled or trippled water intake(1.5 gals a day) , i ahev been running in the morning for a couple days(30mins)and started running ldex at 0.5mg ED.... 95% water is gone i believe
Questions: should i be consuming prot/glut/vit-c shake before i run? is it benefuicial while on test?
#2 do my goals sound reasonable, maybe to go from 197lbs at 13%bf to 195-100lbs with 9-10%bf? in 6.5 weeks?
i know this is a huge post but input would be appreciated hugely, and im not scared to give karma
