I have a hair test to take and got this shit called Q clean hair detox from herbal clean.... does it work??!!!

I don't know if it works, but you could always shave your head, of course that might look a little conspicuous.

I have never heard of someone "tricking" a hair drug test
There is only 2 ways to pass a Hair test.
Not be on gear!
And not have any hair at all!
Seeing as these seem not to be an option then good luck,
The hair test will store data (so to speak) of what chemicals have been in your blood system through out the term of the length of your hair - if thats clear. Ie if your hair shoulder length and last year you tried some winstrol then along the line of the hair they will be able to find this in the DNA (I think) breakdown of the hair. If however, 6 months ago you had some test, winny and whatever else and you have a grade one all over then the chances are that it will not be detectable in your hair - providing that the detection rates in your blood are less than 6 months. Do you follow that.
The same applies to nail clippings. They can tell from nail clippings what substances you have been using and they use the same techniques as for the hair.,
