Hair loss safe cycle? Proscar work?

My buddy has pretty bad hair loss, already taking propecia and testastorone in the past has cut through propecia to hair loss when cyceling at a low dose of test.

He's not trying to gain massive weight or cut hard just lean out, for now hes starting with GH + Masteron.

Just stay clear of nandrolones (deca, npp) with propecia or proscar. I typically stick to test/var cycles and I take proscar and after several cycles I have the exact same hair I had 5 yrs ago when it started thinning.
