Hey Guys Ive Been Bodybuilding For About 15 Years Now. About 4 Wks Ago I Got A Hernia And Had It Repaired. Now Im Freaked Out About Lifting Until I Build Myself Back Up. I Bought A Bowflex Extreme To Used Till I Get My Strength Back Up. Anyone Ever Use One? Please Let Me Know What U Guys Thinks. Thanks

I'd take the bowflex back if you can.
As a survivor of 2 hernia operations, all you need to do is take it easy for a couple of weeks, and then start light training in a way that doesn't stress that area. It's natural that you'll feel a pulling sensation for months, that's just the scare tissue being stretched. Avoid anything that causes a ripping sensationa s that means you are totally fucked.
Good Luck. And be patient Bro!

I agree with powerbuilder333 100 percent. I had the same issue 20 years ago and been lifting ever since. Believe it or not, occasionally, I still feel a pulling sensation in that area. Just do as doctors tell you and take it easy for a while. Good luck
