Had Gyno Surgery 6 weeks ago

And my chest is still swollen just as bad as it was before the surgery... Furthermore, there appears to be a large mass underneath the nipple. I guess that it must be hardened blood or something? Anybody get this? Previously i had this done on the other side and there was nothing like this. When I asked my doctor he said that it generally takes 2-4 months for the chest to reshape correctly, and to be patient.
