many people have exposed me to sayin if u do weight liftin one day and dont do cardio the same day u can get fat and muscle i dont know how to resolve this problem except do it on the same day i was wonderin if theres any benefit or any advantage or disadvantage of doin some weightliftin and doin a very fast sprint between each set of different type of weightlidtin i do would that be ok or do u lose muscle from that need alot of help here thanks
