after my weekend carb up i was 2 days in ketosis and on the third day i did a blood test
i took the test around 11-12, but i had 8 eggs in the morning(6 am)
the result was that i had 203mg/l cholersterine (sp?)
which is too high i think
so what's up with those eggs? isn't it unhealthy to eat too many of them????
